In an interview with Berita Harian, MoS Dr Maliki Osman said: New technology in construction sites have helped shorten construction time - such as the Cross Laminated Timber and Pre-fabricated Pre-finished Volumetric Construction. Although the costs can be quite high in the early stages, it can be minimised through economies of scale and labour savings.
