Wrong signal is being sent if we dont amend the law books which is being followed from the british time. Even the britishers have amended their own laws as per todays requirement and if at all we are too divided by our democratic system for amending the most important judicial policies, we can atleast incorporate and follow the better proven laws of other countries.
