In as much as Pampanga is now under Public Storm Warning Signal No. 3, classes for ALL LEVELS are automatically suspended. Also, according to PAGASA, as of 11 PM tonight, Typhoon #GlendaPH is expected to cross Metro Manila before noon tomorrow and exit landmass via Zambales by tomorrow evening. As Pampanga is right next to Zambales. It is very likely that the impact (severe winds) of Typhoon Glenda will be strongly felt in Pampanga (and #AngelesCity) until after the typhoon has crossed Zambales. Without preempting the upcoming 5:00 AM announcement of PAGASA, or there is no sudden change in the forecast track, it is very likely that PAMPANGA will remain under Public Storm Warning Signal No. 3.
