Baac for his donation and allowing Doctors and staff of the KPH to attend, the Kalinga Medical Society, (Dr. Regina Mundacruz, Dr. Edelgard B. Ulep and Dr. Jovy Boacon), Kalinga Dental Society, (Dr. Nicholas T. Balais, Dr. Nickson D. Balais and Dr. Cesaria Umalliw go-eye Mosing), the DepEd-Prrovince Team headed by Dr. Benita B. Velo with staff Ms Valentina Alynene Versoza and Ms Erlinda Bulaay, the 503IB Dental Team of the Philippine Army (1LT Rhea May I. Reyes, 2LT Joyce J. Omac, SSG Fernando F Fernandez, SSG Rommel L. Nicolas, Sgt Arnold T. Ruiz and CPL Marie Grace A. Agcaoli and the other Officers and Men of 503IB), The Officers and Men of 17IB, 51D headed by 1LT John Russel A. Lee, the Officers and Men of PNP Pasil headed by COP Baltazar Lingbawan and the Officers and Men of the Guinaang CAFGU. Their Concerted effort resulted in giving meaning to our service mantra Bringing Government Closer to the People and has benefited 220 patients, 163 dental patients, served 41haircut customer and were able to circumcised 33children. The dedicated working team of the Provincial Blood Council headed by the motherly Chief of PBL Maam Olympia Bugtong with her equally dedicated and effective staff; Ms Leah Bagtang, Mr. Patrick Pascua, Mr. Dante Basing-at and Ms. Ivy Dinong. Their work resulted in the extraction of 81bags of blood. To the working men and women of the Municipal Health services Office of our Municipality headed by Doc Aldrin Siwao, Dr Marjorie M Silawon and Mrs Julie ann Bommogas and our NGP Nurses and our Midwives and BHWs, to our ever supportive partner in the municipality the DepEd (elementary&hi-school), to our Vice Mayor Honorable Ellen B Malannag and Members of the Sangguniang Hon. Samuel Tayaan, Hon. Ynette Andomang, Hon. Albert Maiyao, Hon. Ambol Bommogas, Hon Benjamin Manggad, Hon. Ryan Taclawan, Hon. John dulawen Ya-o, Hon. Elpidio Dupali and Hon. Pio Sagaoc. The Bcaptains and officials of the 14 barangays of Pasil and to my loving LGU Family (Department Heads, the Staff, the Maintainance Crew and other staff and members of Line Agencies within the municipality), I offer you my salute and kudos. To our magnanimous donors, Gov. Jocel C. Baac, MAKILALA Mining company, Philippine Mining Development Corporation, Mr. Schmidt, a German who is married to the Jamias of Balinciagao Norte, who personally came to donate a cash donation for this Medical Mission, Mr Tony Co of CNC, Zabu Engineerig and to the volunteer blood donors, please accept our sincerest appreciation and thank you.
