In career pursuit, your sword is more important than your crown. The discoveries you make are keys to the achievements you make. Achievements are products while the discoveries are the processes. Never abandon your weapon of war for the booties of the war. So, It is better to loose your crown than your sword. You may loose your fame but retain your name. Goods may be lost but keep your idea. Your source is worth more than your product. Celebrate your tool more than your achievements; Your weapon more than your spoils.
