In case any took offense to my post earlier about Mexicos Military firing on Border patrol yesterday. The We apologize, it was an accident doesnt pass the sniff test. This has been occurring for far too long, it puts not only our agents and citizens in danger but their own military. Had our militia that is on the borders and other citizens witnessed the plane most likely would have been shot out of the sky. While border patrol may have orders to not return fire, militia and citizens do not take orders from government. This was an act of war by definition Title 18 of the United States code (4) the term “act of war” means any act occurring in the course of— (A) declared war; (B) armed conflict, whether or not war has been declared, between two or more nations; or (C) armed conflict between military forces of any origin; As it was MILITARY and not civilian that classifies. Now coming into US airspace...do you really believe that Mexicos military does not know where their country ends and ours begins? They know, just as our agents know. Time to stop this, put up a fence, cameras, more border agents. Stop the incentives drawing illegals to America. It will allow for more to come here legally. You want drones let them patrol the border...you want non lethal...arm the drone with rubber pellets and pepper spray.
