One particular dog that has stolen the hearts of the staff and volunteers is Diesel, currently in residence at the Gold Coast Rehoming Centre. This handsome young man first came to us in January this year because his owners were moving but it wasnt long before he too had a place to call home with a new family. Sadly he came back to us a second time because the new landlord would not allow him to stay in the rental property. Diesel has been waiting patiently since May for another chance at finding a new home and a family to share his life with. During this time he has enjoyed numerous outings to the beach each week and countless playdates with other dogs that have gone on to find their furever homes, leaving him behind. We cant understand why he is still with us. Like many big dogs he has a big heart to match and so much love to give the right owner. Could you be the one for him?
