In case you had not heard, more than 4,600 Oregon voters had valid ballots that are not being counted by elections officials. So,Yes on 92 is joining with several Oregon voters to file a lawsuit in Multnomah County Circuit Court on behalf of these voters. These voters signed and submitted their ballots on time, correctly following all instructions provided on their ballots, but their votes are currently not being counted because election officials say the signatures on the ballot envelope do not “match” the signature on file – The thing is, matching signatures aren’t required by Oregon law. (There are valid reasons for signatures not looking the same. Anyone here every try to sign your name with a broken hand/wrist/arm?) Yes on 92 has become a bull dog at the heels of Monsanto. I think they are about to chase them up a tree.
