In case you live under a rock, its my birthday tomorrow. I may have drawn attention to it a little bit - because it only happens once a year, and I love getting birthday greetings!! Its always warm - usually sunny, I dont remember the last time it rained on my birthday - but this year, Im especially grateful because when asked what I want for my birthday I realized that I already had it. I have everything I could possibly want. How amazing is that? So if you were to ask me what I want for my birthday - this is what I would say: I have my health - but I am walking 60 miles in October for those that are not as fortunate. I am raising money for breast cancer so that other moms can have another birthday. This is my gift. I have raised over $1400 towards my goal (and the minimum requirement of $2300) so it means I have less than $900 to raise in the next 3 months. It would be an amazing birthday to have some donations to my Susan G Komen 3 day walk for Breast Cancer. Just a few dollars - less than the price of a birthday card. I appreciate anything that gets me to my goal and helps another person live to see their kids grow up, to grow old with their spouse, to have grandchildren to spoil, to beat cancer.
