In case you missed it~ ARTICLE 16: (1) In implementing this Treaty, each State Party may seek assistance including legal or legislative assistance, institutional capacity-building, and technical, material, or financial assistance. Such assistance may include STOCKPILE MANAGEMENT, DISARMAMENT, DEMOBILIZATION AND REINTEGRATION PROGRAMMES,(emphasis added) model legislation and effective practices for implementation. Each State Party in a position to do so shall provide such assistance, upon request. (3) A voluntary trust fund shall be established by States Parties to assist requesting State Parties requiring international assistance to implement this Treaty. Each State Party is encouraged to contribute resources to the fund. UNSCAR has already established this fund. So, number (3) has already been achieved. They have the money. They have the legal Treaty. And on December 24, 2014 they will have the ‘permission’ to enforce the Treaty. Nuclear Arms are not mentioned in the Treaty, but other Treaties have addressed it. These had little effect. Firing or otherwise removing Military personnel in charge of these arms has had enormous impact, Hagel addressed this issue of ‘realignment’ of our nuclear arms recently, in part due to some of the nuclear material being unaccounted for. Be prepared for a false flag here. STEP ONE: Disarm the people. Control our Nuclear Armaments. STEP TWO: Eliminate subversive communications. STEP THREE: Destroy creativity, technological innovations, and generic medications, among other things. STEP FOUR: Control the populous. Control the Military. STEP FIVE: Destroy Christianity or any other religion other than Islam.
