In case you missed it, the big liver news on Friday and over the weekend was the FDA approval of a new, one-a-day treatment for Hepatitis C. Harvoni, from Gilead-makers of Sovaldi, offers the first all-in-one oral regimen (no shots or pill combinations) and the chance for many patients to only have to go through eight weeks of treatment.
