In case you needed to hear this, God is the calm in the storm. Dont worry about it, Seek refuge in Him and He will meet all your needs. Honnie Singletary. Matthew 8:23-27 23 Then he got into the boat and his disciples followed him. 24 Without warning, a furious storm came up on the lake, so that the waves swept over the boat. But Jesus was sleeping. 25 The disciples went and woke him, saying, Lord, save us! Were going to drown! 26 He replied, You of little faith, why are you so afraid? Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm. 27 The men were amazed and asked, What kind of man is this? Even the winds and the waves obey him! NIV I know that there is many out there affected by this ice storm, many working check to check and may view this as a lost, but remember God has you, and He is yet still supplying your needs. He got you home safely and you survived what may feel as the worse experience ever, He is the calm in the storm and He knows every need. Let Him meet those needs for you while you continue to be a service heart to others. So many of you have stood in the gap for others during this storm and God is happy with that. God says, Im watching you, through the troubles of your own, you stood strong encamped about my most precious treasures, each of you are dear to my heartstrings, many called out my name, for help, I called out your name and you answered and at my command help was sent. Purpose driven, I can see your foot prints in the ice, I can see how diligently you responded to the needs of others, working it out together, this brought joy to my heart- I am pleased. You were willing to help others, well done my children and know that I am bigger than your problems, you have no worries for that burden you were able to unload, cast aside and forget about, I will be handling those needs for you. It feels so good to be entrusted by the spirit and a deliverer of good news, it was placed in my spirit to share because someone needs to know this, not to feel delayed or worried.
