In case you want to feel lazy, heres this week in Ironman training, Build 1 Week 2 for reference. Monday: Run 8 miles AM, Swim 3300 meters PM Tuesday: Bike 25 miles AM, took the kids to volunteer at an inner city swim meet PM Wednesday: Run 10 miles AM, Bike 30 miles PM Thursday: Run 10 miles AM, Swim 3300 m PM Friday: Firecracker 100k bike ride (65 miles) Saturday: Glorious rest day Sunday: Run 9 miles before church, bike 30 miles/run 9 mile brick in the afternoon And next week gets a little bit longer before a recovery week. Dont you want to train for an Ironman now?
