In celebration of our ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY, we thought it would be a good idea to share some facts about TS FORK: *We have created over 75 different menu items over the course of our first year. Almost all are original recipes. *When we serve a dinner for 30, we will use over 150 pieces of China, 40 individual glasses or cups, 36 serving containers and 150 pieces of silverware. The dish room is a happy place. *Almost all of the staff have been working for the restaurant since opening a year ago. *T stands for THE and S stands for SALT *Ms. Pat, our baker, is a retired Math, Art and Home Economics teacher. *Every staff member at TS FORK either has a full-time job during the week or is a full-time student. We all come together every weekend for some fun. *Mixed beverages, wines and beers are both served in the upstairs and downstairs dining area. *Sam and Holly Peart, our incredible entertainers, work during the week as an Massage Therapist and an Elementary Teacher. *We take all forms of payment: Cash, Checks, Credit Cards, Barter, Trade and Small Children. (ha ha) *The preparation equipment in the kitchen is/are: Two deck ovens, six burners, one flat grill and one wood burning grill. *The kitchen is next door to the restaurant. They are connected by a single door. *Lilly never leaves. *Reservations can be made the same day of dining and it doesnt matter if you have one or 20. *We are rarely sold out. *It takes 18 eggs to make Deviled Eggs for 50. *All of the artwork and decorative railing are from Tonkawa. *We have served food from over 20 different local and state producers and growers. *We have had guests from over 25 different states and four foreign countries. *Chef Jeff is the author of four books and has directed and hosted three different television cooking shows AND FINALLY........ *TS FORK is not the same without you there!!
