In celebration of the 21st National Childrens Month this coming October, the National Library of the Philippines will hold a 3-day conference on childrens librarianship on October 13-15, 2014 at the Tagaytay International Convention Center. Participants will be given the opportunity to own an account for their library users to access electronic resources of the 42 eLibUSA databases.
