In celebration of the Week Of the Elderly, with a theme: Ang Nakakatanda ay Yaman, katuwang sa pag-unlad ng Bayan, Pangalagaan kanilang Kapakanan, LGU Pasil conducted a medical mission for Senior Citizen including the conduct of the regular Blood Donation of which the following services was undertaken and a number of our constituents was served. Eye Checkup with free eyeglasses-220, medical-183, Dental-47 and blood Donation-28. we wish to say thank you to the following; Physicians For Peace who conducted the free eye check up with Ms Verzoza coordinating the activity together with mr Dante Basing-at (LGU provided the amount for the eyeglasses), The DepEd provincial Office for the coordination. Dr. Rey Aranca of Kalinga Western Hospital and Dr. Jaime Sugaang of Tanudan District Hospital both from the Chico River Lions Club, the Kalinga District Hospital of Lubuagan ablly represented by Ms Florence Asboc Tanding and company to assist in the blood donation activity, The Kalinga Provincial Blood Council Headed by their motherly and ever industrious Head Maam Bugtong and her active technical Staff, The PNOC Renewable Energy for the cash donation, The ACCORD (Association of Cordillera Contractors for Regional Development) headed by their President Mr. William Omengan, The Kalinga Lions Club, Chico River LIons Club, PNP Pasil, MHO Pasil, MSWDO Pasil, Mr Osmundo Gonnay, President of the Federated Senior Citizen of Pasil, ALL THE STAFF AND OFFICIALS OF LGU PASIL. Congratulations to one and all. (to those who are not mentioned here and who in one way or the other help in making the endeavor successful), please accept our apology.
