In conjunction w/the EEOC and ADEA, small employer groups may wish to consider an employer contribution strategy which provides an equitable proportion (ex. 80% of single) of all age-rated medical premiums (a function of the ACA, which applies to groups as of their 1st renewal in 2014) vs. setting a flat dollar amount or providing a defined contribution: dol.gov/dol/topic/discrimination/agedisc.htm
