In court this week my exwife, escorted by her father made several statements regarding my choices in a child support case she was able to bring to court even though I owed nothing. (Usually when a contempt is cleared the case dissolves). It was clear that even though she is not a member of this page, she monitors it quite closely. She complained about our summer vacation, she complained that I bought a pair of $170.00 shoes, but she didnt know I sold them for $250.00 an hour later. She complained about my business plan and how I planned to use potential future employees. What bothered me most is how she complained about how my daughter spent her money while on vacation. She tried to give the court her normal dose of half truths, the same as she has done around here for a decade. (It seems to work here, not with the out of town judge, he required factual information.) My grandfather gave my daughter $80.00 to spend this summer however she wished. My daughter left this money on the table at her mothers and went to church, when she returned the money was gone. Her mother said she put it in the bank. When our summer vacation came near, my daughter requested the money and was given only $20.00 of it, to spend over a weeks time on Hilton Head Island. After a few pleas she finally released the rest of the money to my daughter. My grandparents had already decided they wouldnt send money over there in this manner again. Additional money was given to my daughter by my wife and I as well as family. She had well over $200.00 total. My daughter was told she had to spend $80.00 on clothing and the rest would be for extras. Anything she wanted that we were willing to buy, she could buy with no questions asked, it was her money. Her mother criticized the clothes my daughter chose, she even criticized me for the insulated lunch bag my daughter purchased on River Street in Savannah. I wasnt even there when the purchase was made, I was keeping the 18 month old happy walking the squares. She complained to the judge that she didnt need it and she had two others at home. She then went after me for forcing my daughter to pay for her own weekly bike rental. We had informed my daughter that nobody else really wanted to rent bikes to ride in 95 degree heat, and if she rented she would actually force our hand to rent as well because we couldnt let her go alone. Renting that bike was first choice and decision she made and there was no talking her out of it. We wanted my daughter to learn to budget and consider wants over needs. She was able to keep a good bit of money until the last day and blew it all on River Street. In the end we thought she did fine, and my kid was happy with what SHE bought. End of the day, this is the type of stuff her mother has done for over a decade, some of you know her and have heard it from her. Keep in mind, she has not won a court action since my cases were pulled from this area and Jeff Davis got his DUI. Even the previous wins werent really that momentous. Consider the fact she is married again and her husband chooses to sleep at his mothers, driving right past his home. Consider that her child was raised by his parents and they argue about where that child needs to be on weekends. Consider that she tells people about why she left me yet I have a police report from the day I put her stuff in trash bags after catching her cheating while I was home with our baby, and she and her mother, my exs mother tried to get the police to allow her back into the house. Consider she got nothing from the marriage because I told her we would have to argue that in court and she didnt want the court clerk, who attends her church to hear that she had cheated with a cop and a fireman while I was home with our daughter. Consider that she knew her husband was married when she began an affair with him. Consider that when she runs her mouth about me. I have heard from so many people about stories she has told. Just like in court, all 1/2 truths. The good thing is those things worked in the past, with these local judges, but the next two judges, out of the area have required fact. While some will think this post wrong, read my other post from today and you will see what she tried on Friday. She needs to understand that its been a decade, I know her home life is not all that great but that doesnt mean she has to constantly seek out and print info on me from the internet. My kid is tired of turning the corner and seeing her looking at this page on the computer. The judge took her postings and handed them back to her, didnt even want to enter them into the case. Im tired of it, its been 10 years now, get yourself a life and quit worrying about what I am doing, its really sad! Most of you know who my ex is, this is the last time I will post without names. If you know her mother or father ask them to intervene, im just not having it anymore, im tired
