|In effort to drop 15lbs, I gave up soda-- yep. Not a lick since the beginning of the year and surprisingly it has been pretty easy... everyone tells me it takes 21 days to form a habit, guess this one is working out in my favor. Next month I plan a full fledge low carb diet-- ill need PRAYER. Ive been researching meal plans and EVERYTHING I LOVE HAS CARBS-- Im gonna die. Working out has become fun since finding different means of cardio besides running, NikeFit and riding my bike are helpful and my wireless beats keep the music flowing with no interruptions! Im putting my best foot forward!! Now I need to look into weight training...... lol.
