In fact only 1 hour darkness I wont think/feel anything, coz even not for earth hour program, sometimes if only myself at home during night time & I have nothing to do I would just leave the house in dark & myself just leave inside bedroom walkaround until I want go to bed, so not necessary have light..lol... However when darkness as during the days blackout after icestorm early before, most district no light for over 2 days/nights & at the moment I just feel like the movie after tomorrow, it was I just finish this movie before icestorm. It really so scary fortunately no heavey snow or no snow after the icestorm & blackout, so still have cars/buses run on road carefully with headlights on, so I still clearly to know that is only temporary & the hard workers from hydro companies of local province(cities) and other provinces also come for offer help us to return powers as quick as possible. Many ppl just same as me even have no light/heat for over 1 day (some houses no power almost 1 week) but most ppl understand & still appreciate the hydo workers for their hardworking/help (even they still got pay) but their hard working & prefer leave their family at home not celebrate Xmas/New year went to other province for emergency help(some workers should suppose day off or on holidays). Since that incident just telling us, in this world even u had meet some bad ppl, they are selfish only concern themselves not care other ppl; but still have many ppl with heart around in the world only u may not have chance meet them in ure life OR even they already around in ure life but may be like somebody around me she/they are not good to ppl or course ppl also wont good to her/them; if she/they just using ppl, then same type ppl likely get into her/their life also just using her/them. That is realistic, good ppl doesnt mean must be stupid easier be get take advantage; so if say I always bad to specific person then point on me I am not really a good person...haha I just prefer got this bug also not prefer be good but stupid ppl..haha. So days in darkness doesnt mean world is destroying; but for sure we just follow - support recycling, save energy (not only can protect environment, can also save ure $$; for rich ppl they dont mind pay high for utility invoices but remember everyone also living in earth so dont be selfish protect environment.) - I still living with my parents, so if sometimes my parents just for their convience & still dont understand something put things should go recycle to garbarge, I cant control (but for sure I still would try my best); specially if one day I live myself OR with my future bf/husband hope he also support protect environment & would cooperate with me (for sure I must make things clean/tidy :) )
