In high school I had an awesome best friend named Monica Reed now Monica Torres.... We were afjrotc brats...... One January as my birthday was rolling around .... She said we were going out to eat because she had the most awesome gift for me.... And after we were going to the fair.... She showed up to pick me up that day with her brother driving in his pick up truck....( remember that loud orange monster ?? ) . And we went to a diner.... As we ate she perked up and said.... Oh ... I got you a present!!! and she pulled a little crumpled up bow out of her purse and stuck it on her brothers head.... And said Happy Birthday.... Im giving you my brother..... Hes super awesome, and now your my sister ..... We were inseparable after that..... Later that night after midnight madness at the fair we all three crashed ( fully clothed ) in his bed..... His grandmother came in early the next morning and raised the roof !!! I can still hear her ... Jimmy Reed!!! I dont like this!!! I dont like this one bit !! I will never forget that !!! She has binocular eyes she said.... And the door had to stay open after that !!! Lol. I am happy knowing they are together.... He loved his grandmother with everything he had..... A big part of him was broken without her.... But Im sure he is gonna get it for showing up early!! I miss you so much !!
