In his new work for SEAD’s BODHI PROJECT, Rosas dancer Bostjan Antoncic explores the relationships, dynamics and politics of ‚trio‘. Inspired by the sensation of perpetual flow with delicate textural changes in the music of Morton Feldman’s Three Voices, in the composer’s own words a trio for solo voice, Bostjan is confronted by the conflict between the autonomous individual and the dependencies that inevitably arise out of groups of three or more people. The theatrical ‚trinity‘ of music, space/object and movement that is created by the performers questions the flow of logic, emotion and instinct in a whirling state of fantasy.
