This is because being a Biblicist is unbiblical...Biblicism is an approach to scripture which emphasizes the Bibles complete clarity, self-sufficiency, internal consistency, self-evident meaning and, above all, its direct applicability of the Bible to every department of human life. He continues, Once we have rejected the unbiblical notion of scriptures sufficiency, we find a new freedom to use wisdom in mixing Christianity with the categories of secular psychology. Jesus answered Satans temptations with Gods Word, being empowered by the Holy Spirit, showing that for faith and practice, it is the all-sufficient power of God.
