In history today Fifty six men chosen to represent a population of colonists committed high treason by declaring that the rule of England over them all was unjust and at an end. They prayerfully signed their names to the letter and sealed our fate with theirs, setting us aside from the rest of the world. Americans are born with fire and a fierceness for liberty, an altered DNA that began the day the pilgrims set foot on Plymouth and was manifested on July 4, 1776. A heritage to be proud of, to protect, and most of all remember with reverence! Let freedom ring!!!
