In honor of Veterans Day, we would like to honor Jessica Retherford, a member of the pediatric orthopedics team at Arnold Palmer Hospital, for her commitment to our Veterans. This past Sunday, she set out ON HER OWN to participate in the Carry The Fallen National Ruck-March Event to help raise awareness for veterans and their families dealing with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and the epidemic of veteran suicide. Trudging along for 6 hours, a total of 16.8 miles in the dropping temperatures and rain, nothing was going to stop her. Read more about her incredible story, here.
