In honor of transformational Tuesday I have decided to step out of my comfort zone and share my before and after photos. One photo is from September 2014 and the other January 2015. In 3-4 months I have lost a lil over 40 lbs and so much closer to my goal!! Beachbody has saved my life in more ways then one!! Not only have I lost the weight but since I started Shakeology® I have not had a migraine and I have had them since I was a little girl visiting neurologist they were so bad!! I could go on forever how happy and blessed I am. But dont just take my word for it!! Thank you all for your love and support!!
