In honour of International Chest Day, here is a little finisher for you. 1 Push Up Hold at top position and squeeze chest for 2 seconds 2 Push Ups Hold at top position and squeeze chest for 2 seconds 3 Push Ups Repeat this up to 5 and then work your way down again. 5 Pushups Hold at top position and squeeze chest for 2 seconds 4 etc. Of course you can go higher if you want. Put that at the end of a workout and let me know how high you go. Tag a friend in the comments, its the virtual equivalent of challenging them them to a Push Up Dual.
