In india the most common feature is violation of system/ rule/ procedure/ law/ guidelines/ norms. This is common in police / medical field/ government/ politicians / most importantly in general public. There is no alarm/ attention even the rulers/ enforcers themselves are affected. Due to poor hygiene facilities many women died after family planning surgery and many people lost eye sight after same situation in Punjab. In Delhi while you drive car on the road it is common sight, cycles/ rikshaws/ autos/two wheelers are violating traffic rules. The cripples are crawling on the road for begging. The infants around 3 three foot height are begging and selling something. These peoples are not even visible to the driver. The police are busy in collecting fine from the people who are capable of paying. They never bother any violation if there is no possibility of collecting fine. We made systems to protect us. But the most common sense is system needs to be protected so that it can protect us. Here what I am to state is never depend on the system, protect yourself. Everybody has to make their own ideas and arrangements to safeguard themselves as their is no support of enforcers. The reason is we have destroyed our systems successfully. We have a tendency of not bothering about violation of any kind as long as it is not effecting us. The reason for this attitude is we have sufficient experience to understand the consequences of questioning or bothering the violation. This writing is not intended to criticize any body but cautioning my less experienced friends to be careful in life.
