In light of a recent The Cornucopia Institute report, wed like to point out that PPC does not carry milk from Horizon Organic (White Wave) or Aurora Dairy. Our eggs come locally from Hebron Farms, most of our milk comes locally from Scherf Farms Dairy and Creamery. Theyre not certified organic, but theyre sure better than some of the farms that are. And our certified organic milk comes from Organic Valley - a cooperative of small organic dairies (a few in Nappanee, IN).
