In light of the situation in the CBD today, all evening performances at the Sydney Opera House will be cancelled. This includes The Australian Ballet’s The Nutcracker in the Joan Sutherland Theatre (7.30pm performance on Monday 15 December 2014). This decision was made to minimise pressure on transport networks and to provide as much notice as possible to staff and patrons. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
