In looking at the local weather report, we are in for 88 degrees for the next five days with thunderstorms likely in the evenings....We turn the air off at night as soon as the sun goes down to save some money but leave it on in the daytime . even when we are at the flea...(not air conditioned there) If we did not leave it on my poor little kitties would keel over from heat exhaustion in here. Trailers are notoriously hot with no air...Tin Boxes! Our neighbors sold their trailer and are moving into rent controlled apts in town for seniors....I will miss them...An older lady (disabled) and her daughter are moving in..Even the the rent here is cheap ($150 per month) in the senior apts, the heat and electricity is included in their $150 per month rent...A good deal! I had thought about that a while back, but I have cats..and I love my porch and the little bit of land around my trailer (that Chris is responsible for lol) but I WILL miss Charlie and Charlene being next door...It was nice to know that he would appear, guns inhand at the first hint of possible trouble in the neighborhood...lol Sort of like the redneck neighborhood watch....only Charlie is Cuban! lol
