In more College Football Recruiting, I know I have mentioned new Penn State coach James Franklin saying he hopes to dominate the state in recruiting multiple times. But, with every fine commitment he gets from the Keystone State, I believe just a tad more that it likely might happen. And tonight, the Nittany Lions kept on rolling for 2015 in PA recruiting, as they have gotten a commitment from 4* RB Andre Robinson, from Bishop McDevitt HS, which has produced many great RBs, in Harrisburg, PA.
