In my Military history advisory club, we are covering this old manual... I think everyone should read it... it answers most issues we face today, but oddly, it also had ways to address these issues. Our resources have not changed, but the interpretations and issues covered in the manual seem to gone on to deaf ears. or it could have been that President Franklin D. Roosevelt committed treason but ordering all these books be burned and rewritten to bring in democracy {which up to that point had always been the enemy and polar-opposite of the views and goals of the Untied States and its citizens.} the original: Manual for Courts-Martial United States-1927 it was eventually replaced with: Manual for Courts-Martial United Statesl-1943 and we are to write a report/essay about how they compare with the manual used today... All can be found here: www(dot)loc(dot)gov/rr/frd/Military_Law/ It is quite interesting that our nation and our military goals and ethics have changed so much.
