In my area of work we call it Root-cause-Analysis ..This involves a scientific focus to dissect through the symptoms and reach the main cause of the incident in question.That is what we are lacking within our government circles.No matter how many people we round-up in Eastleigh,threats issued of deporting refugees back to Somalia,what we doing is just shit shuffling around.Painting the toilet with hopes of making it look and feel cleaner.Our core issue is we have a corrupt system.A system which one just needs some few thousands to obtain a National ID and Passport.Then police whom very few sane Kenyans will dare approach with information about anything.Knowing the same guys will be bribed to let the culprits out and bribed more to release the informants identity.Not forgetting about the mega corruptions on the upper echelons which has denied our police to do simple things like recording fingerprints and have bio-metric IDs for every Kenyan. ..
