In my attempts to simultaneously do laundry, pack for 3 people, bake banana zucchini bread (in an attempt to use up the bananas and zucchini in my house), straighten up my kitchen and make myself something to eat. I almost burned my house down when I left a skillet with coconut oil and a rubber scraper on the stove and went down stairs to move the laundry around then went up stairs to get a suitcase. I came downstairs with no recollection that I had started my dinner and walked away from it before putting in my zucchini to stir fry. I think I may have to worry about Altzheimers.
