In my candid opinion, Leadership, reform, and change often rely on multiple coalitions mapping. These coalitions consist of diverse actors and groups with varying levels of organizational development and resources to restructure organizations. Thus, a coalition includes organizations and individuals, who having identified a common goal, make enforceable commitments to each other within a State to contribute time and money and to undertake agreed upon actions to achieve a particular goal. in my country for instance this is the contrary, we only know dichotomisational identity which is the order of the day. Even-though i partially agree with the theory of Mal-Identity and Adoptive Identity. In the United State of America, United Kingdom, Australia, Ghana and some countries in the world all have NATIONAL AGENDA whether a change of political power they pursue this agenda with total patriotism...there is no victimization or so-called political witch-hunt all in the name of Adoptive Identity (joining or belonging to a particular political party or an association). Thus, in my country Sierra Leone, political witch-hunting is the order of the day...I stand to be corrected please...and this is seriously militating against National Development...Civil servants are always unjustly release off duty or force to go on leave, or retirement all on suspicion or assumption that they are affiliated with a political party...Now the question that always linger in my mind is this..,Do we have a national Agenda as a country, whether APC, PMDC, SLPP, UDM, PDP etc should always come and continue??? If we do which i assumed we dont have kindly tell me...An open question to all...Thanks...
