In my daily personal study, I am reading the Judges life study. In message ten, I was impressed because of my need in these areas, and some personal battles that I presently find myself engaged. Three items became light to me. 1. The oneness; 2. The cross; & 3. leaven. As I considered these items, I was reminded of the following scriptures. Deu 12:5 But unto the place which Jehovah your God shall choose out of all your tribes, to put his name there, even unto his habitation shall ye seek, and thither thou shalt come; Exo 12:15 Seven days shall ye eat unleavened bread; even the first day ye shall put away leaven out of your houses: for whosoever eateth leavened bread from the first day until the seventh day, that soul shall be cut off from Israel. 1Ki 12:26 And Jeroboam said in his heart, Now will the kingdom return to the house of David: 1Ki 12:32 And Jeroboam ordained a feast in the eighth month, on the fifteenth day of the month, like unto the feast that is in Judah, and he went up unto the altar; so did he in Beth-el, sacrificing unto the calves that he had made: and he placed in Beth-el the priests of the high places that he had made. Joh 17:21-22 that they may all be one; even as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be in us: that the world may believe that thou didst send me. 22. And the glory which thou hast given me I have given unto them; that they may be one, even as we are one; Joh 12:24-25 Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a grain of wheat fall into the earth and die, it abideth by itself alone; but if it die, it beareth much fruit. 25. He that loveth his (soul) life loses it; and he that hateth his (soul) life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal. Rev 12:11 And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb, and because of the word of their testimony; and they loved not their (soul) life even unto death. Continued....
