In my humble opinion the firm should be fined billions for attempted homicie (imposing nuclear energy on humans) as should all fossil energy companies and factory farming corporations (for knowingly foisting climate change on humanity and risking sustainable survival of our species), then there are the agro chemical corporations who should be fined for damaging the environment and thus our food chain with their noxious chemicals and GMOs. We do not need any of these dirty industries and should fine them out of existance.
