In my humble personal opinion, I think the root of all these genocides is when we have started to convince ourselves that we are Gods chosen people. When you start believing in this mantra, you have become that creature who thinks it is the only living thing in the world. In the light of the age-old argument about who owns the world, I believe in a just God, One Who sees His people equally. I believe that God does not choose His people but the other way around; that people choose God instead. If you choose God, you choose to understand all the people of the world, because it is only when we have understood all of Gods creation do we understand God himself. For me, God does not choose people. If He did, I might as well believe in the myths and worship the Bathala or Magbabaya of my country. Im sharing this video in the hope that we realize that what we need now more than anything is understanding each other. Lets stop building fences because we are not Gods chosen people.
