In my life and through my years of different organizations, clubs and business ventures I have been involved in I have realized one thing above all. If your not willing to trust and insist on being a control freak you WILL smother your efforts and NEVER grow. The reason our rescue has been so successful is our ability to trust and delegate responsibility. If this was a one man show we wouldnt have accomplished 1/4 of what we have so far. Without volunteers and fosters all of this just isnt possible
