In my mail today, the sweetest, kindest, most adorable holiday card from one of my favorite MOMS. Laura this is going into my suitcase along with pics of my kids & grandmothers because you & your family have given me smiles & hope more often than not. In fact, a LOT of these MOMS that I worked with so closely, that I met in Indy & Denver, are some of my favorite people. My Tulsa & OKC MOMS will always be in my heart of hearts as well & ladies, I do want pics to put up of yall/us. Your support through my unceremonial f-you to being my backbone at Out of the Darkness, Im blessed beyond measure. Members of the Non-MOMS who picked me up & dusted me off....I love yall as well. Your strength, your humor & the ability to help me laugh at THEIR loss has been priceless. I still have bitter moments at how specific leadership dumped me on my ass in the cold while gun humpers tossed around my address & made threats, but it happened for a reason & left me with such an amazing, awesome support system of sisters (& a couple weird brothers *ahem Khary*) I have nothing but love & hope for you all. Anytime anyone wants to visit, I promise to make it worth your while!!! #60days #MOMS PS- I might have missed some...but just know, if youre part of my GVP family, the above applies!!!
