In my opinion, Food Stamps and Section-8 should only be made available to people diagnosed as legally disabled (reasonably) and those over the age of 55 heading towards retirement. This will not only reduce the spending on Social Security but will better help secure those in retirement by allowing them to spend less on their food, and housing. To also aid in the survival of retirees, their mortgage rates should also be lowered and kept at a fixed rate. AGREE OR DISAGREE?!?!....LETS TALK SMART. (No negativity on my line please, it will lead to your immediate block status).
