In my opinion all of the health science is all picked apart. The basic thread I have found by researching plants is that both TCM and Ayurveda use a constitutional approach, and that flavor analysis is their primary mode of datum. For example, all bitter (flavored) plants have as a result, anti candida and antiviral effect. Imagine that dis-ease is actually manifested through lack of balance between consuming the 6 flavors; sour salty sweet astringent pungent bitter - and that if we strove to balance our intake of all of these flavors instead of just eat sweet and salty food, all of the complicated chemistry would follow. Perhaps healing is just simply about balancing the flavors on the tongue and health occurs as a result. Brassicas such as broccoli, kale, and other dark leafy greens are really just a start to the bitter flavor, dandelion or karela, or artemesias as teas are truly and really bitter, but it all requires a training to embrace. So then adding 1-2 dandelion leaves with kale to train the taste buds is like a yoga of non-attachment. The “flavor”sense being akin to the “preference” consciousness of the human mind. It’s most likely that the miracle cure is in awareness, duh. not money and products. Then diet truly has the chance to become the yoga of non-attachment. returntonature.us
