In my real estate career I helped hundreds of buyers and sellers and written even more offers. I have a long term client who wanted to write a very creative offer on a $3 million plus home in Laguna Beach this past week. I have helped people with creative offers in the past in Arizona, and the combination of CA contracts and the extent of the creativity of this offer was a bit advanced for my skill level. While the offer is not yet accepted, I want to thank Mark Schultz, our amazing broker in CA, for writing it all up and presenting it in a very appealing and attractive manner. I am proud to say we have people with serious skills to support not only our agents but to also help me!!!!!!!
