In my travels this weekend down Americans Loneliest Road, Hwy 50, I was enjoying the desert landscape, with heavy rain, thunder and lightening storms off and on the whole way to my destination. It seemed that lonely hwy stretched on forever in the middle of nowhere, then I came upon the most magnificent herd of mustangs in the wide open spaces of the vast endless desert, which really made it a fun trip, I saw quite a few wild herds along the way, so I had to keep stopping. LOL These horses were not exactly right by the side of the road, so I had to do a little maneuvering to get to where they were,but it was worth it. It is so peaceful to be around the wild horses. I said I would bring back photos to share, so I hope you enjoy them, as much as I did taking them, I will post more later!
