In my years of working in the healing waters of television news, Ive seen a lot of blonde white ladies sit behind the morning anchor desk, and I work at KJRH so were talking A WHOLE LOT of blonde white ladies. Out of all of them, Deana Goll- Silk has been one of my hands-down favorites. More than just a blonde white lady, Deana is one of the most professional, personable, and passionate people Ive had the pleasure of working with. (Major #NewsMagic alliteration there.) Getting up at 3am is stupid and hella hard, but working with people like Deana has always made it easier and dare I say fun. OKC, Tulsa is sending you a badass and according to the unwritten treaty of the Turner Turnpike I believe youre supposed to send someone to us in return. Theyd better be cool dammit or were sending Vollen down there to repossess or at least stuff as many blonde white ladies as he can into Storm Chaser 2.
