If you dont know her, unfriend me (just joking, we can still be friends). The teacher is David Tennant, who plays the 10th Doctor in Doctor Who. The same thing applies to those who dont know him. He has a strong Scottish accent, and they are in England, not Scotland. Billy Piper plays Rose Tyler. You should also know her. Listen carefully, and enjoy.
