In order to appease the minorities in our country and secure the political future of Congress, the gutter-mentality communists and the erstwhile Congress government in collusion with Jihadi forces of the country formed a Committee headed by Rajinder Sachar. The work of this committee (called Sachar Committee) was to spin the government reports on human development indices to show Minorities (Muslims) as grossly underdeveloped and poor. This was done in order to dole out more and more freebies for them. at the cost of tax payers of this country. Its besides the point that in #LS2014, the minority deserted the sinking ship of congress and the Sachar Committee could not serve its real Purpose as yet.
