In order to enhance the performance & commitment of the employees & offices of the provl govt of Dinagat Islands, the Provl Planning & Devt Office (PPDO) conducted a 1-day Orientation on Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) & Synchronization of Provl Activities for 2015 at the Provl Guest Center, San Jose. The event aims to reorient the participants, composed of dept heads & admin officers of their key responsibilities, since the SPMS of the province was already approved by the Regl Civil Service Commission, & to synchronize different activities of the province for this year in order to harmonize the utilization of manpower & resources of the province, said Info Officer Jane Mayola.
