In order to live in the freedom that Christ offers us, we have to shake off the snake! You remember that liar in the garden? It all started with a question Did God really say...? That one question caused doubt...and the lies inside ourselves began. Harsh words spoken to us that feel like the hiss of that snake that say just look at you - youre damaged goods. Youre never going to be good enough, smart enough, wanted enough... That lying snake attempts to run his poison through our very veins! But, you know what? We can shake off the snake! Because its head has been crushed long ago...no, its been PULVERIZED! Take the sharp, double-edged sword of His Word and hack that snake creeping up the back of your neck! Your ARE strong enough (Psalm 46:1). You ARE brave enough (Joshua 1:9). There IS hope (2 Corinthians 5:17) Shake off the snake Thank you April Littlefield!!!
